Board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Sergio Pasquale Maggi is the founder and director of the Austin Plastic Surgery Center and performs the majority of his cosmetic surgery procedures there. Highly credentialed in his field, Dr. Maggi is also a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

The Austin Plastic Surgery Center is fully accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities, Inc. and only employs board-certified anesthesiologists and anesthetists. Our modern operating facility is located only steps away from our offices in the same building and is equipped with two full operating suites.

Dr. Maggi specializes in breast enhancement procedures such as breast augmentation, breast lift (mastopexy), and breast reduction. The facial procedures offered by Dr. Maggi include facelift, neck lift, brow lift, eyelid lift, nose reshaping (rhinoplasty), cheek and chin augmentation, and ear surgery (otoplasty), as well as BOTOX®, filler treatments, and skin care. Austin Plastic Surgery Center also provides body shaping procedures including tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), liposuction, new mother makeovers, and gynecomastia correction.
