I no longer incorporate pre- and post-operative photographs into this website.

It has become exceedingly commonplace to see pre- and post-operative photographs of surgical patients on websites.

I respect and value my patients and their Privacy. We at Austin Plastic Surgery Center do not think these personal, private images should be available to be viewed by just anyone on the world wide web.

As parents, there is growing belief among surgeons that plastic surgery photos are not intended for children and should not be available on web sites for minors to view, especially images of breasts and other sensitive areas.

That being said, I must also stress that pre- and post-operative photographs are extremely relevant to a private plastic surgery consultation, and in my office all patients who are considering a surgical procedure are shown many photographic examples of patients who have undergone that same procedure. We have numerous before & after images that are shown to our prospective patients upon consultation with Dr. Maggi.

There are also many patients willing to speak to our prospective patients about their surgical experience and outcome.

*We do have "after" photographs available for prospective patients to view. If a patient would like to view before and after photos, a request can be made by calling.
