Meet Nurse Kelly Harrison, Advanced Nurse Injector

Prior to obtaining her degree in Nursing, Kelly Harrison began her career in 1982 as a licensed Medical Esthetician specializing in skin and body care.

She now has 17 years' experience as a Registered Nurse specializing and obtaining certification in the field of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgical Nursing and has worked with and assisted many of Austin's top surgeons. Kelly has served as Director of Austin Surgery Center since it’s inception in 2007.

Kelly participated in the planning and building of Austin Surgery Center in 2006 and took it upon herself to have the surgical facility accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities, Inc. (AAAASF). The primary mission of AAAASF is to ensure the highest quality patient care in the ambulatory surgery setting. To meet this goal every AAAASF facility must meet stringent national standards for equipment, operating room safety, personnel and surgeon credentials. AAAASF accreditation has been recognized as the Gold Standard.

Kelly has obtained advanced formal education in injectables including BOTOX® and fillers. She has developed her own unique style and artistry to achieve a natural look for her patients using fillers and Botox. With patient satisfaction her number one goal, she works to improve the appearance of both men and women, resulting in a positive effect on their self-esteem and outlook.

Kelly is a member of The American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses and the National Association of Professional Women.
