In your 20s, skin is generally free of the signs of aging. Start a medically supervised treatment plan now to protect your skin from the harmful effects of sun and environment.

There are many procedures available to smooth and tighten skin. Photofacials, chemical peels, and topical treatments are effective in decreasing the signs of aging as well as minimizing pore size. “I have always wanted a sports car… knowing that many people get one around sixty, I thought why not! Two years ago I got a gastric bypass, weighing in at 312… no I weigh 145 and am a size ten. I looked in the mirror and realized I needed a breast lift… badly. I interviewed several plastic surgeons and hands down knew I was choosing Dr. Sergio Maggi. (Plus he came highly recommended by one of my close friends). The care I got all the way through evaporated all my concerns…well, I had one. Pain. "I went for a consult with Dr. Sergio Maggi in Austin, TX. He was so awesome. He recommended doing the nose first. Since I just had a baby, I still have some of that weight to lose, so he agreed waiting on the neck/chin.. he believes in doing a little at a time to take care not to overdo it and end up with an unnatural look. I am one day post-op, and I am thrilled. No bruising.. no pain. He asked about pain level 1-10 today.. I said I guess 1. His staff is the BEST! That really makes a great experience. “No Pain Meds 2 days After having a Mommy Makeover” “I had a Mommy Makeover (full tummy tuck and breast aug) done 8 days ago by Dr. Maggi at Austin Plastic Surgery Center and am very pleased with the results even this early on. I had my procedure on a Monday and didn’t take any pain meds after the following Wednesday -2 days after the procedure. I can move my arms freely – my chest was sore only a few days after the procedure with just having soreness you’d experience after a tough workout. They aren’t sore at all now. “Best Plastic Surgeon Anywhere!” ‘I had been thinking about a tummy tuck for several years and I had consults with several others and never felt completely comfortable for whatever reason until I found Dr. Maggi and his staff. They all made me comfortable from the very first appointment. I know they made the experience much more pleasant. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor! He is very friendly and caring, always taking time to answer your questions. I was having a hysterectomy and wanted my tummy tuck at the same time (Feb 2007) and they were terrific about getting everything coordinated with my gyno. Because of the hysterectomy I was in the hospital for 2 days and Dr. Maggi was in everyday to see me. I was also really impressed with how many post op appointment he has you come back for. To me that is a very caring doctor who wants to make sure everything is going the way it should with nothing unexpected coming up. My gyno said when I went to him for my 6 week check up that Dr. Maggi did a great job, that he had seen many tummy tucks and mine looked the best! For another doctor that I’m sure does see lots to say that say a lot! By the way, I am thrilled with my results! “Highly Professional, MINIMAL Pain, Amazing Results” After contemplating breast augmentation for nearly 5 years I finally decided it was time to take the plunge. I had known two other people close to me that had seen Dr. Maggi with nothing but good things to say and they were tremendously satisfied with their own various procedure results. “Dr. Maggi is truly amazing in his ability not only to correct a physical deformity but enhance women’s physiques and sense of personal beauty beyond their expectations. I have a condition known as “pectus excavautm”, which appears as a sunken-in sternum and upper chest area thereby causing the upper poles of the breast to appear flattened. Years ago I sought advice from a cosmetic surgeon regarding breast implants to achieve a more natural look, both in and out of clothing. However, she advised that breast implants would only serve to accentuate my existing appearance and that I would look “cross-eyed” (ladies, you know what I mean). Fast forward about ten years, which is when a friend of mine saw Dr. Maggi for breast augmentation surgery .She highly recommended Dr. Maggi –said she loved him for his obvious concern for his patients and for his incredible skill and expertise as was apparent in her breast augmentation surgery. “Dr. Sergio Maggi is the best surgeon!” When I first met up with Dr. Sergio Maggi it was only for a rhinoplasty consultation but as soon as I talked to him I knew I wanted him to perform my surgery and did not need to keep looking for a plastic surgeon. Talking to him for ten minutes was enough to make my decision and I booked my surgery that same day.
Dr. Maggi is extremely honest and his goal is to definitely understand what the patient expects. He took plenty of time explaining to me what we could accomplish with the surgery.
